Features This type of electrode is to be used when the amount of power input is relatively small. Since the electrode width is variable, it is best suited for production lines in which the width of base materials changes. Number of electrode ridges is determined when needed. Choose this when the amount of power input is relatively large. This is Kasuga Denki’s standard electrode. It features a special structure with a wide discharge area, which enables mild discharge. It also permits smooth exhaustion of ozone and NOx. The number of electrodes can be increased as necessary.

Features This is a dielectric-coated electrode used to treat conductive base materials, mainly aluminum or copper foils. The standard dielectric material is ceramic, but quartz (silica glass tube) is also available. This electrode is aimed at treating conductive base materials and should be selected when the amount of input power is large. The standard dielectric material for coating this electrode is silicone. This electrode is aimed at treating molded products or foamed sheets. When combined with an S-type power supply, this electrode permits corona discharge in an unloaded condition.

Silicone rubber roller Dielectric-coated roller This roller is aimed at treating insulating base materials. It is to be combined with a metal electrode. This is Kasuga Denki’s standard treating roller.
Silicone sleeve roller Dielectric-coated roller This roller is aimed at treating insulating base materials. It is to be combined with a metal electrode. It also provides superior maintainability since the sleeve can easily be replaced. This roller is small in diameter and narrow in width.
Ceramic roller Dielectric-coated roller This roller is aimed at treating insulating base materials. It is generally combined with a metal electrode.
EPT rubber roller Dielectric-coated roller This roller is aimed at treating insulating base materials. It is to be combined with a metal electrode.
Stainless steel roller Metal roller This roller is aimed at treating conductive base materials. It is to be combined with a dielectric-coated electrode such as a ceramic electrode or one made of quartz.
